We stopped at Poulnabrone Dolmen on our way to the Cliffs of Moher.
The area that surrounded Poulnabrone was beautiful and surreal... like the terrain of another planet.
This friendly guy came over to say hello.
We didn't spend too much time at Poulnabrone Dolmen and after our brief stop, headed quickly to our main destination: The Cliffs of Moher.
It was drizzly and overcast all day, but the sun came out just as we approached.
We walked along a path by the cliffs... the views were nothing short of incredible.
Nick peered cautiously over the edge of the cliff while I stood a "safe" distance back.
In spite of the warning signs, visitors would scramble over the fences to get a better view.
A beautiful pasture ran alongside the cliffs.
Another friendly face.
The Cliffs of Moher are one of the most traveled-to destinations in Ireland, and for absolutely good reason. I can think of few places in the world more breathtakingly beautiful.
